Illustrative example

The work this is for.

We start with a task that repeats, takes time and has a clear owner.

The same questions, every day

Staff answer recurring enquiries by hand.

Re-keying data

Information is copied between sheets, CRM and accounting tools.

Slow document handling

Invoices, forms and orders are read and typed in manually.

No clear view

Weekly reports are put together by hand, often late.

What we build

Practical AI and automation, scoped to your work.

These are project offerings. Each one is scoped, tested and accepted with you before it goes into daily use.

AI assistants and knowledge access

An assistant for agreed enquiries, answering from approved business information, with a clear handoff to your team. It can serve customers on WhatsApp or staff looking for internal answers.

Connected workflows and integrations

Move information between your tools, assign work and trigger the next step. We assess the tools and data needed for your workflow, including CRM, ERP, booking and accounting systems.

Dashboards, summaries and reporting

Bring connected data into one view, with scheduled summaries and alerts when something needs attention, such as overdue follow-ups or a drop in enquiries.

Custom tools and document workflows

Extract and organise information from documents for your team to review, or build a small internal tool for a task that does not fit your current software.

Control

Your team stays in charge.

Automation handles the routine part. People handle judgement, exceptions and anything sensitive.

  • Human handoff

When the assistant cannot answer, or a customer asks for a person, the conversation passes to your team with full context.

  • Review points

Extracted data and important actions can wait for approval before they are saved or sent.

  • Permissions

Access is limited to the systems and data the workflow needs, agreed with you in writing.

  • Exception handling

Failures and unusual cases are flagged to a named person, not silently skipped.

Start with one monitored pilot.

One workflow, a named owner, an agreed baseline and clear acceptance criteria.

  1. Discovery

Look at the task, the tools involved and recent examples.

  2. Scope

Agree what is in, what is out, data access and success measures.

  3. Build

Configure the assistant or workflow and connect the tools.

  4. Accept

Test against real cases until the agreed criteria are met.

  5. Run and review

Monitor, maintain and review the results with you.

What we measure

  • Handling time per task
  • Completion rate and corrections needed
  • Exceptions and failures
  • Whether your staff actually use it

Connected Automation package

  • Discovery and a scoped workflow or assistant
  • Integration with the agreed tools
  • Acceptance testing
  • Ongoing maintenance, as agreed

AI model usage and third-party charges are listed separately.

Automation questions

Will an AI assistant say things we have not approved?

The assistant is limited to approved information and agreed topics, and is tested against real questions before launch. Outside those limits, it hands over to your team.

What do you need from us to start?

Recent examples of the task, access to the relevant tools (or a reliable export), a named person who can approve scope, and staff available to test the result.

What if our system has no API?

We look at alternatives such as scheduled exports or a shared sheet. If there is no reliable way to connect, we will tell you during discovery rather than after you have paid for a build.

Is this suitable for medical or legal advice?

No. We start with administrative workflows. Health advice and other high-consequence decisions are outside the starting offer.

Which task would you take off your team's plate first?

Describe it in a few lines. We'll tell you whether it is a good first pilot and what we would need.
